I come from rural roots in Nebraska. "I've lived in Denver since 1983 and WG since 2005. "My 'been there, done that- past was the love for running race events in Denver, bicycling, hiking and camping. My greatest "romance" was helping to build the Colorado Trail.  

Now my second home is the fitness center!
